Sanda/Sanshou has three different levels.

the first level is extreme kickboxing with basic Sanda/Sanshou drills in defense, offense and basic self-protection moves; with high speed, power, endurance behind very basic levels.

The second level is designed for basic competitive national and internationals levels. It requires high training in ethics, high levels on endurance, self-discipline and perseverance behind the physical skills in sparring, wrestling, and grappling, kickboxing, defense and offence strategies.

The third level is international championship. The Shaolin Institute has trained many international champions such as Cung Le, Patrick Berry.

What all of these champions have in common is their high level of mental, physical and cardiovascular endurance. They trained with their fullest commitment and grit, besides the skills of defense and offence strategies.
